Neuracel Reviews: All Signs Point To This Supplement Being A Scam, Or At Least A Very Low Quality Product

Neuracel claims to be an all-natural supplement that consists of a blend of various organic ingredients that are intended to treat nerve pain and neuropathy. But does it really work?

If you’ve been a reader of this blog, you know I am very skeptical when it comes to claims about supplements helping with neuropathy. And this one is no different.

In this review, I’m going to share what I learned about this product, and it’s not pretty…

>> Skip To Final Conclusion <<

What Is Neuracel?

This supplement is non-habit forming and can be taken daily by users who want to regain their strength and be able to participate in activities like hiking, swimming, dancing, and playing with their kids. According to the manufacturer of this neuropathy supplement it may help:

  • Promote muscle relaxation.
  • Help reduce muscle aches and pain.
  • Help improve joint flexibility and reduce stiffness.
  • Help reduce nerve discomfort and pain.
  • Promote a healthy nervous and immune system.
  • Promote relaxation and possesses a calming effect.

Based on the customer reviews online, there is a 50 percent chance that you will be pleased with the results of the supplement. Unfortunately, if you aren’t pleased with the product, chances are, you won’t be able to get your money back.

Despite customers having issues with the refund policy, SuccessEtc used to have an A rating with the BBB. SuccessEtc had only 10 closed complaints on its listing with the BBB website. Most of these complaints were about the difficulty of getting a refund. However, SuccessEtc doesn’t appear to be listed on BBB anymore.

About the Company

This supplement was conceptualized and manufactured by a company called SuccessEtc, which is located in Idaho. There is very little information about either company on the Internet. SuccessEtc has a website, but there is no useful information and very few substantial pages. It doesn’t appear to have a website on the Internet.

How Does It Work?

A label listing the ingredients in NeuracelThe manufacturer claims to be a doctor-recommended and natural remedy for nerve pain impacting any part of the body. It is marketed as a supplement that can help customers relieve their nerve pain and treat the symptoms of neuropathy and ultimately resume participating in the activities they enjoy the most.

The formula consists of an allegedly powerful combination of natural herbs, flowers, and barks. The ingredients used to produce this supplement include the following:

  • Lobelia – This is a herb that is used for many purposes throughout the world. Some of the known benefits of Lobelia include relieving stomach aches, respiratory problems, and potentially cancer proliferation. This herbal ingredient has been used for healing for decades. Lobelia also promotes the relaxation of the muscles in the hands and feet, which are both areas commonly impacted by neuropathic pain.
  • California Poppy – The California Poppy possesses a similar effect to opiate medications and narcotics. The California Poppy reduces discomfort an pain without having the negative side effects of opiate medications and narcotics.
  • Passionflower – The Passion Flower is known for being able to promote relaxation and is a common herb in the United States. It is possible that the calming effect of the Passion Flower means the herb can relieve pain in muscles and damaged nerves.
  • Prickly Ash Bark – The Prickly Ash Bark promotes the relaxation of the joints, muscles, and nerves in the body. The Prickly Ash Bark also supports nervous function and boosts the immune system.
  • Corydalis Yanhusuo – This is a pain reliever and a natural sedative. The Corydalis Yanhusuo is also known for regulating the sleeping pattern and promoting relaxation.

According to the company, all of the ingredients are both sourced and manufactured in the United States. They also claim that its capsules are plant-based and can be taken by vegans. They suggest that the supplement should only be taken once a day and that users can expect to see results within a few weeks.

Ingredients

The company doesn’t appear to have a website. However, there is a product label available online. Based on the product label, it does not contains ingredients other than California Poppy, Corydalis Yanhusuo, Passionflower, Prickly Ash Bark, and Lobelia. The product label doesn’t specify how much of each ingredient is used in the supplement. However, it does state that each capsule contains a 450 mg proprietary blend.

According to the WebMD, there are no research studies that provide sufficient evidence indicating that California Poppy, Prickly Ash Bark, Passionflower, Corydalis Yanhusuo, or Lobelia are effective when it comes to the treatment of nerve pain, such as neuropathy.

However, the WebMD states that there are research studies that indicate that Passionflower may be useful for treating anxiety. In fact, many of the ingredients appear to be useful for treating anxiety rather than nerve pain, according to the reports on WebMD.

Main Benefits

According to the manufacturer, the main advantages of this supplement include the following:

  • Reduced discomfort and pain throughout the body
  • Relief from the pain caused by arthritis and other conditions
  • Boosted ability to do physical activities
  • Reduced discomfort and pain upon waking
  • Reduced reliance on modern treatment methods and medications
  • Promotes restful sleep

Side Effects

In terms of side effects, customers typically reported experiencing headaches and digestive issues after taking the supplement. However, one customer reported that their husband experienced more severe side effects.

She said,

“My husband used only one container and then got the shingles. The doctor told him not to use any more as he did not know what was in it He did not feel any relief from the one container which we expected. Now we have four months supply and do not know what to do with it He does not think he will start again. Very disappointed.”

Overall, most customers reported that they didn’t experience any significant side effects from using Neuracel. One customer said,

“Didn’t hurt. Didn’t help.”

Customer Complaints

The main customer complaints when it comes to Neuracel cite the ineffectiveness of the product and the difficulty of getting a refund for the product. Many customers said that the product didn’t relief their nerve pain at all, even after they used the product for a few months. Some of these customers attempted to get a refund due to the ineffectiveness of this product and were unable to. Therefore, in spite of the 30-day refund policy, customers should not expect to be able to get a refund quickly or at all if they decide to try their luck with this product.

Reviews

If you look online for reviews of the Neuracel supplement, you should keep in mind that most of these “reviews” are sourced from affiliate programs. However, you will be able to find legitimate reviews on Amazon.com. Some of the customers on Amazon.com claimed that the five-star reviews for the product were actually fake. However, there is no proof that the claims of the customers are actually true.

Disregarding the fake affiliate reviews, the Neuracel supplement appears to have a mixed reputation online. In fact, their reputation appears to lead toward negative rather than positive.

Some customers claimed that Neuracel improved their pain at least moderately. However, many other customers claimed that they experienced no pain relief after using the product.

For example, one customer said,

“I took the Neuropathy medicine as indicated. but I didn’t feel I received any detectable benefits. I was very disappointed.”

Another customer said,

“I wish the 2 other reviewers had posted their comments before I spent $70 on this product. I contacted the manufacturer and was told the refund would have to come from Amazon, not them. When I tried to apply for a refund with Amazon on April 12th an automated response stated the refund period expired on 4/12.”

Even worse, some customers claimed that they experienced headaches and digestive issues after using the supplement. Customers cited a high price and the inability to reach someone at Neuracel as other reasons not to purchase the product.

Money Back Guarantee?

The pricing of the Neuracel supplement is as follows:

  • 1 Bottle: $69.95 plus S&H
  • 3 Bottles: $129.95 plus S&H
  • 4 Bottles: $149.95 plus S&H

The manufacturer of Neuracel claims that the product comes with a 30-day refund policy. Apparently, this refund policy is valid even if the bottle is returned completely empty. However, there are no details about this refund policy on the website of the supplement. The Legal & Policies page states that details about the refund policy can be found under Terms and Conditions. However, this link is currently broken.

Even if there is a 30-day refund policy for the supplement, there is no phone number that customers can use to contact support. Instead, customers have to use the online customer service form and open a support ticket. Another option that customers have is speaking with a representative through the live chat on the Help Desk page of SuccessEtc, which is the manufacturer.

Where To Buy

The supplement used to be able to be purchased at Amazon, but it looks like it’s been taken down. It also used to be able to be purchased at the official Neuracel website. However, the official website appears to be no longer in existence due to customer complaints and controversy. Avoid this supplement at all costs.

Final Conclusion – DO NOT BUY!

Ultimately, it appears that this supplement is nothing more than slick marketing and advertising.

There are very few online customers who claim the product relieved their nerve pain, and the ones that did looks like they were paid for their positive reviews. In addition, it seems that customers have trouble getting a refund when they aren’t satisfied with the results from the product.

There are other alternatives out there I’ve recommended for nerve pain, and my #1 choice as of June, 2018 is a supplement called Nerve Renew.

I wholeheartedly recommend this product because it has a 365 day guarantee and the company has been around since 2011, which tells you they aren’t some gimmick like Neuracel. Click the button below for best savings on Nerve Renew and let me know how it works for you.
